Please ensure your image file matches the orientation (landscape or portrait) of the wished product.
Please ensure the file you uploaded is in the correct file format. We can process .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF and .TIFF formats, up to a maximum data size of 60 MB. Please check your file type and if necessary use a picture processing program to change it to one of the file formats we can work with.
Please ensure the filename of your photo does not contain special characters, such as periods, commas, spaces, etc. Please rename your file so that the filename is free of these characters and upload it again.
